is there a bug that makes you smarter or faster? r there bugs that have negative effects that ppl use?
yesss ^.^ theres these things called "enhancer bugs" which are crazy OP. Their main usage is to be put on certain parts of the brain which allows it to, when actuvated, essentially go into "overdrive". Depending on the part of the brain this can improve memory, language learning, visual perception, hearing, reflexes, literally as long as you have the right part it'll improve it. they can actually be put anywhere in the body tho !! usually the adrenal glands when used w/ another bug
In this post there's two bugs at the top of the thigh fir agility. TECHNICALLY. it's the least scientific of the bugs I have (i mean its all fake and not at all podsible but at least they have Reasons for it, yk?). Like... its smth to do with the muscles contracting at a higher pace or smth...? i dont know. The reason it has an enhancer is because you need to access hysterical strength to do it- same w/ the strength bug - so there needs to be enhancers on the adrenal glands to allow that to happen on command.
BECAUSE it uses hysterial strength, overuse can VERY quickly lead to muscle damage, which depending on the serverity could be permenent. You need a license and six month training course to get any bug using hysterical strength.
Also a fun fact about enhancers - because they essentially function as an "on" switch, in theory you could attach them to the muscles of a corpse and operate it like a puppet !!! Living people cant handle that many bugs in them but corpses dont have to worry abt that bcs theyre already dead ^.^
