Me not immediately covering the new Karn quests that ended up being buggy anyways so we will have to wait is actually an instinct I have picked up from playing games like wakfu and the sims 4. When an update releases to everyone there are way more eyes that will report a bug if they see it. Even if the main update goes perfectly, it is the monkey’s wrench law that something else will be fucked in the process that will require a quick patch. In the last Sims 4 update they removed pregnancy. You cannot get pregnant in the wakfu mmo so at least we don’t have to worry about digital miscarriage.

I don't have footage because the cutscene is bugged and I've not been able to trigger it again, but I do know that when we leave Rii by taking the portal to the world of twelve, we are intercepted by a dark wodent that pushes us off the island instead. Woe is PC.

There was an uncorrected visual error on the Incarnam class altar, where the new looks for the xelor, sram and steamer class that had been implemented with the most recent updates lack the ghostly blue look of the other models.

(The blank puppet at the end corresponds to the steamer class.)

This was recorded the day before this area was replaced, so I guess Incarnam would go off with that never getting fixed.

surely ankama has a test server (not beta, since that was a “recent” addition for players to provide feedback on new content, and less of a debugging tool) that it can use to see if a new patch brings game breaking bugs. cos if they don’t that means everything goes straight from code to live, which makes no sense.

the bugs just increase in number and intensity every patch, it’s ridiculous. i’m no developer but i find it hard to believe each patch doesn’t go through some amount of QT before it goes gold
