i dont know why but im literally so fricking exhausted all the damn time its so annoying

so my medication says im not supposed to eat dairy for two hours after taking it but i was hungry so i started subconsciously eating cheese while looking for what nondairy foods i can eat, then proceeded to make a bagel with cream cheese...
