Black Frost, AKA: “Cryclops,” is a contractor with a Monster Of The Week agency who gets regular work with a wide variety of villains as a result of having a non-specific gimmick. Upon being defeated and poofed, monsters like him are legally obligated to drop one appropriate plot device to be collected by associated magical girl sidekicks. His power set includes freeze blasts and creating ice golems, but does not include basic depth perception.

Black Frost and Buha have had eight separate run-ins during their careers, but they have yet to remember each other’s names.
