On Bluesky I just saw a doodle of Gwen raising her tail upright while walking on fours. I know Gwen is a gargoyle, but isn’t she more like a cat? Just curious.

It's just a silly drawing, I wouldn't put too much thought into it. The critters I make for the world are ultimately a mish mash of design bits and critters that I like. But Gwen is cat like because I like cats. Nolan is very rabbit and mouse like because I like those too.

I appreciate how much you like Gwen, don't think I haven't noticed. I plan to working on Parisa again now that I've become more stable, financially and mentally. I feel it may be paced differently because I've been trying to take the time and sit down, study, and practice what I want to convey so I can tell a more efficient story.

Keep an eye out, I'm very excited to finish this chapter now that the really hard illustrations are out of the way.

An amazing person in our community passed away a little over two weeks ago. We're still raising money for funeral expenses. If anyone can signal boost, I would really appreciate it.

This is the first time in my life that I've felt like I've become part of a community. I've had small friend groups but this feels like a real community and so much of it was built on her shoulders.

Jenny celebrated whenever she could for her friends. I was fortunate to get to know her before this happened. She was always warm and liked to make sure everyone was having a good time.

No matter how small, donations would be appreciated. Her partner is struggling to keep everything afloat with all that's happened.
