I’m so glad you all are enjoying my recolors! Here’s a teeny-tiny gift as a token of my love and appreciation: recolors of Pheonix Phaerie’s beautiful Modern Georgian Manor (Build) Set! >.< A word of warning: Pheonix Phaerie asked for their meshes not to be re-uploaded, so you will have to go here (1) to get them. I have named the files so it will hopefully be slightly less confusing which ones you need! >.< I did my best to get all the bits of color to match, but I’m afraid the shutters may be a bit on the dark side, just so you know. ;;>.>
As usual, they both come in all 110 colors of the AKS Object Rainbow 4 (1). A few colors/actions are borrowed from others; each individually packaged recolor file is labeled with the original creator, palette, and name, but it’s all abbreviated so check the included documentation to fill in the missing letters.

The preview picture, swatches, and color info are included with all downloads. As usual, you only need one version of the door recolors and one version of the window recolors, so pick your poison; other than how they’re packaged they’re exactly the same. ;>.< I own nothing so you can’t sell it. :)
