What is the most recent thing you did that was nice for someone else?
Today was the first day of week 5 of the 8 week program in doing. I'm officially more than half way done! . I've shed some pounds, I've gain muscle and strength, I'm grown more confidence and that self love is on the rise! 🙌🏻 . I wouldn't be here without the help of my tribe having my back and helping me push through the tough times to stay on track! . I have ONE spot left for my transformation boot camp for this month! . Sunday Sanity If you’re like me, I don’t like bad news but I know that’s part of this life journey😢 So much has happened in this new year, mass shootings, deaths, murders, inflation, etc…and many of us have been triggered & traumatized and unfortunately it feels Iike you can’t do anything but watch it unfold🤯😢 We can debate, fuss, blame, point the fingers and more however truth be told, some fights are just out of our hands…the battle is definitely not ours but The Lord. 🙏🏾 If you are a prayer warrior keep praying for change, prayers do change and heal so keep praying🙏🏾 If you can’t pray, don’t worry, we have you covered 💜 Then utilize the resources that God has given to us to help with the trauma from current events….praying, nature, journaling, licensed counseling, certified coaches, trusted friends, exercising, dancing, good music, etc… Then when you’re ABLE, create or connect with a solution that you can take part in and do your part to “fight”.
