I made a comment about not being able to my 12 yr old daughter up very long while she was on my back and I was pushing up and down on ground, so she started repeating the motivation on our stairs where I train. I asked her “What are you saying? Where did you hear or see that?” She told me she reads the stairs every time she goes up them. I was shocked she memorized them let alone even read them. Your kids are much more observant, watching and listening than you think. Make sure they are seeing and hearing the right things. #livingexample #future #confidence #buildkidsup
