The 2nd Amendment does not need to be revised.

This is a topic that will get me some heat, because this is tumblr and y'all hate anything patriotic. Understand that the amendments were written as fundamental rights that everyone has. These were put into place as an understanding of what the government cannot infringe upon or prevent. The Second Amendment is the most infringed upon. For those who don't know; the Second Amendment reads as follows: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The most important part being "shall not be infringed." This insures that the people have any means necessary to defend against enemies foreign and domestic as well as a tyrannical government. The only reason why this would be infringed upon is the fear of a restless people. Don't give up rights in hopes that the government will protect you. Those with the right to self preservation shall be protected.
