From the moment I started CrossFit, I've hated toes-to-bar. When I started, I lacked upper body and grip strength. Then I got stronger, but I gained a lot of muscle mass without enough upper body strength to support the added weight. Since October, I've lost 12lbs while continuing to lift heavier than I ever have. T2B is far easier now but still a challenge at the volume required for this week's WOD.
