yeah! theyre racist and homophobic as hell, plus i know they’ve joked about suicide before, and overall their apology was extremely half assed and seemed like a way to guilt people into thinking they didn’t do anything wrongchasekip documented some of their posts, so just a heads up for some nasty shit if you read it

someone reblogged one of their posts (i dont have them blocked bc while the issue was bad, i still wanna see from time to time if they actually seem remorseful) and i went to their blog

their new blog caption is “Just a human garbage that wants you to love Bulbasaur”

and like yea that could just be like how a lot of ppl refer to themselves like “pokemon trash” or “trash goblin” or w/e but, in light of the situation, it just seems like they’re trying to guilt trip.

beating yourself down in response to being called out for things is a manipulation tactic to make people THINK youre remorseful. you just hate yourself so much for what you did you need to insult yourself because thats the ONLY way to make up for it.... :((((((

aside from that little acknowledgement, and their blog header still being “Sorry for everything”, they have since stopped talking about the issue at hand completely. No acknowledgements, despite the fact people are most likely still talking about it and they’re probably getting non-anon asks about it.*

Normally I’d drop it by now bc like.... this isn’t even rly my community. Sure I follow a lot of pokemon propaganda/appreciation blogs, but that’s just for like... obscure pokemon that dont rly get attention otherwise. But like

*ok after looking through it a bit more, they did answer and explain WHY they said the RACIST comments- but imo it’s a very rocky explanation.
