What exactly is project voltage, I’ve seen it everywhere but I’m kind of clueless, is it gonna be like some sort of game?
Project Voltage is a collaboration project between Hatsune Miku and Pokemon, after the 18 designs are released (one for each type!), there will be 18 songs and MVs released over the course of a few months sampling various BGMs of the Pokemon games. The participating vocaloid composers will be announced on 19:00, September 28th. You can keep track of the project yourself on the site linked above or their twitter!

So, the best answer I unfortunately cannot give you would be Project Voltage's main site as they all would be listed there, however, I do not have the answer as to why, but the site is region-locked to Japan only. Instead, your best bet is keeping track of which producer is in the line up on the official twitter and going to their youtube channels, as all the songs will be on youtube. I'll save you the trouble till next release and link you all the current songs below. As a child, I enjoyed watching public-access television. Paldea was slow to introduce color television, so many of my favorite programs were not in color. I loved to watch the proceedings of the Paldean government in particular, if you have heard of P-SPAN.
At current, I am too busy to watch television. La Primera mandates I watch Iono's streams from time to time to "show support". But I rarely do so.
