• Teriyaki Tofu and Broccoli 🥦 • This is a simple yet nutritious and 😋 dinner I have a lot! But don’t make often… I made it all at once in bulk at the start of the week and kept it stored in two containers in the fridge- one for 🍚, one for tofu and broccoli. It’s got protein from the tofu, carbs from the 🍚, and more nutrients vitamins from the broccoli. The lime (gifted to me by the ever so kind @irene_ignite_yourself ) adds a nice touch. The recipe will be up on the blog soon. The method is so simple so the recipe is mainly to show how to cook it quickly - e.g. I cook the tofu first in a large pan and just steam the broccoli on top. Ain’t nobody got time for dishes!
