Kati, you don’t have ‘baggage’ because of 1D, or Harry, or Louis. You have baggage because of Kati and her choice to be a conspiracy theorist
If you’re not looking for validation or acceptance, then why don’t you write this “shit” you have to say in a journal? Open a Word document, send an email to a friend. Why come to the prime spot for conspiracy theorists to spout their theories if you don’t care about validation or acceptance for your own and just want “a place to work out the thoughts in your head”? Why have all your friends reblog this post? Why clearly identify yourself as your old big blog? If you absolutely had to use tumblr to “work out the thoughts in your head” then why don’t just use a random blog with no identification and no tags? You know why? Because no one would’ve found you. You CRAVE validation and acceptance, and I suspect very much you only get it from your online conspiracy theorist community. That’s why you’re doing this. But I’m sure you’re lying to yourself about it as well. I’m sure you experienced withdrawals from online validation in your time away (and I don’t believe for a second you cut yourself off of everything, BULL SHIT)
There’s nothing to work out anyway. While we don’t know all the details and we never will, things are very clear now. Zayn wanted out of the band. Harry wanted out of the band. Zayn left before the contract was over. Harry waited it out. Liam, Louis, and Niall… Louis wanted to continue and it’s hinted at that Niall wanted to as well, not so clear with Liam, I think he was probably fine with either option. They could try to continue as a trio but I think after the blow of losing two members in the span of nine months, they’d find it very difficult so it was probably nothing they really considered. The band decided to break up, they didn’t say they were breaking up because the fandom was in a very fragile state and they all wanted to keep an audience for their solo careers. Then they all went solo. Now, maybe one day they’ll do a concert, maybe they’ll release a greatest hits album, but there’s no more 1D as a band and there probably won’t be again unless 4 members or more go bankrupt which I find unlikely
Larry was never a thing. Harry and Louis aren’t even friends. Neither of them is closeted. One of them is straight, the other one is living his life as his non labeled self without giving a shit what anyone says. Neither of them is gay, neither of them hates women. Neither of them has faked their entire dating history. Louis’ child isn’t fake, his girlfriend isn’t fake, they’re not hiding a nine year old relationship. They’re happy living their separate lives
The “fandom” isn’t fractured, it just doesn’t exist anymore. Because 1D doesn’t exist anymore. There are Harries and Louies and Z stans and Liam and Niall stans, and some of those people might overlap, but a very very very small portion stans all of them at this point (or even multiple of them). Then you have the conspiracy theorists’ fandom, and that part is totally fractured because reality has hit y’all so hard that you can’t keep a straight line of thinking anymore. Each faction has their own line of thinking but at the end of the day, we can sum y’all up by calling you “conspiracy theorists,” because at the end of the day you have one big thing in common and that is NO BASIS IN REALITY
