Huddled Masses (J.D. O'Niel )

J.D. O'Niel is a Deportation Officer assigned to one of the first full-time fugitive teams in Homeland Security formed out of the ashes of the September 11th attacks. He and his long time friend and partner, Mike Tavaglia, are assigned to located and apprehend a vicious gang member and cop killer. Javier Orellena-Martinez has been deported twice before, both by O'Niel and this time has killed a cop in el Salvador whose polictical connections are high on the world stage. J.D. and Mike chase Orellena through the streets of Baltimore and Washington as the bullets fly and J.D.'s team and family are put int he crosshairs of the nation's most dangerous street gang, Huddled Masses (J.D. O'Niel ) MS-13.
