Hi guys need to inform u guys about OnePlus OnePlus India spectacular service for 6-7 wonderful months. Let's get to the story... Once one Jan 9th 2017 I saw there was this beautiful OnePlus bullets V2 earphones which was on the store of #oneplus I decide to buy it. Then on Jan 11th 2017 I receive the product #happyman then as soon as I plug it in I felt something weird and found out the earphone was faulty Den applied for online replacement. Normally people think (atleast I thought ) that a person will come to the place and collect the product but that wasn't the scenario, I had to ship it myself. So fine I thought I have invested 1200 bucks in it I might even ship and get a working earphone and live happily ever after. But here's the actual story start. I went went to blue dart submitted the product extra 400 bucks. And done. I calld the service centre guys &told them I shipped it. Then one day I receive a message from #bluedart (awesome service) that the product is shipped. And recursively contacting #oneplus for the update. But *NO* they refuse it by saying dat "we can't help u without the tracking ID" (but u guys know how lazy I am) I lost my phone (it was #oneplus3 by the way) my purse on Feb 3rd 2017 all the details gone. Den I went all they way to the #bluedart with a friend of mine VinobaNadar from where I shipped got the details and called #OnePlus and have the tracking ID and everything they asked for by Feb 9th 2017, after this I thought the prblm will be resolved and I will be reunited with my #bulletsv2 earphones. But *NO* they keep me hanging till I get frustrated and I calld repeatedly till the month of marçh. That was the month I lost my hopes of getting my earphones back. *AND 3½ MONTHS LATER* When I try to contact them again *GUESS WHAT* "we can't help u without the tracking ID" Hey wait I have heard that before *nostalgic* I tried contacting the wonderful service people #theOnePlusGuys Carl Pei & OnePlus support Dey hardly care for u. Just least bothered about u. All dey care for is the sales. Service is shit. And after all d time of wait all I get is (Twitter image attached). And dis is how u respond? Thnx®rds a foolish customer
