Rocky Mountain oysters (aka fried bull testicles) are arguably Colorado's most popular dish. Last year for April Fools, the Wynkoop Brewing released a video featuring this new beer - obviously an annual holiday prank that fooled almost no one (there were some winners, though).
So to make things interesting, on the eve of the Great American Beer Festival in 2012 later that year, Wynkoop Brewing debuted its Rocky Mountain Oyster beer. If you have the cojones for this stout with sliced and roasted bull testicles in every batch, you're in luck. You can now order Wynkoop's ballsy brew online!

A hearty foreign-style stout, Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout is made with Colorado base malts, roasted barley, seven specialty malts, Styrian Goldings hops, and 25 pounds of freshly sliced and roasted bull testicles.
Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout is an assertive, viscous stout with a rich brown/black color, a luscious mouthfeel and deep flavors of chocolate, espresso and nuts. The beer sports a savory, umami-like note and a roasty dry finish.
Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout is 7.5% ABV and 3 BPBs. (That’s balls per barrel.)
