I can't wait to see this movie coming soon in March. It is suppose to discourage teenagers from bullying each other but MPAA[organization that rates the movies] decided to give this movie a "R" rating. Which means that teenagers wouldn't be able to see the movie and its a NC17 which will unable 17 year olds to go see the movie even with parents. I think its unfair with the amount of movies that get PG-13 rating when they should be the ones getting R rating. Sign the Petition to give Bully a PG-13 rating.
