shops for groceries: It's a field trip to the grocery store!! For like, one time. I think with Tree and Nina together, wandering around the grocery store would lead to an overflowing grocery cart. There would be tons of snacks and Jack's left standing there like where do I put the olive oil. After that Jack would take 

kills the spiders: Tree and Nina would tag team. Whoever's closer would take care of the spider, but Nina would kill it while Tree just carries it outside.

comes home drunk at 3am: I think with Tree being uncomfortable with alcohol, the other two would watch their liquor better and almost never come home drunk unless they're distressed. And since Nina has the tendency to rely on alcohol in such a state, it would probably more than likely be her.

makes breakfast: JACK COOKS EVERY MEAL he is the only one that knows basic cooking knowledge, but he would try to teach them as best as he could. (Even if he has to label the spoons)

remembers to feed the fish: TREE because he pays close attention to those little details like "oh we have fish these dogs and cats aren't the only pets"... He might actually protect the fishe with his life knowing there would be cats around, but more than likely the fish would be dead...

decorates the apartment: I think with Tree being excited about it it'd motivate Nina to get up and help decorate with him. Meanwhile Jack can sit down and nod agreeing if the place looks nice or let them know if something is crooked. Tree would probably take the lead tbh and Jack and Nina would just be his helpers with minor opinions.

initiates duets: TRE E WOULD I keep forgetting Nina's got a speech problem she's doing so well but Tree would probably start something an encourage the other two to sing with him.

falls asleep first: Either Nina or Tree. Tree tries to go to bed early unless he and Nina are waiting for Jack to get home from late hours, but it depends on the situation. Nina might pass out first if they were attempting to stay up really late.
