Test driving the Mystery Racing Car (the gang really need to find a better name for that) in the back streets of Coolsville usually isn't a problem. Fred's pretty darn proud of the new upgrades he's added so of course he's been aching to try it out all day, but apparently the streets aren't as empty as usual.
