odd thing that gives me the ick when reading smut: "tight"

it's kind of not supposed to be. snug, yes, maybe? as the tissues swell due to increased blood flow, they can feel snug, but it's not supposed to feel tight. sensation comes from the additional blood flow, not from the tightness of the pelvic floor.

I realise it's a stupid ick but all I can think of when the male character goes "tight" is literal carpet burn I used to get in my late teens when I thought it's supposed to be tight for it to feel good 💀

that, and the inevitable uti that would follow sex from all that constant friction 😭 PAIN

i love love love how the whole zemo fandom unanimously decided he's a generous lover, an eager sugar daddy and a gentleman to boot as well as a protective father figure and an understanding companion

in other news, the space previously occupied by tony stark still remains a gaping wound in the mcu-

i would like to read fic

with dr strange actually having a personality beyond being a condescending asshole for no reason, and doing the small bits of trolling that he obviously does,

with tony being more than the butt of most jokes / also having a playful attitude instead of being portrayed as an egoistic creep / showcasing his sensitive side that gets expressed through, oftentimes, badly themed jokes or weird gifts/ideas,

with bruce holding a conversation more than 0.3 seconds long because he's shy but not socially awkward: bruce banner has multiple phds, the man is driven as hell even if he does prefer to avoid conflict,

with natasha showing her russian side - which might be hard to portray for non-slavs in a non-stereotypical manner BUT as we all know, Google exists and research can be fun, russians are more than vodka and suka blyat,

with steve slipping into his unintelligible brooklyn accent whenever he gets mad - and he gets mad often, because he is hot-headed and passionate when it comes to things he loves,

with bucky reclaiming his happier side, the one that drove steve insane when they were younger, the one that had him surrounded by ladies since, like, forever,

with wanda and pietro trying to act their own age when in most fics they're portrayed to be early twenties, embracing their slav-romani-jewish-etc cultural heritage because they would cherish it together with the memories of a life long lost,

with sam showing off his own culture, mardi gras - hell, im white as they come and i first learned about that cultural thing from a tasertricks fanfic back in 2017 - because sam can and should feel proud of it too, he should talk and be heard,

with thor having many mishaps but the practiced ease of a whole ass PRINCE to deal with them, he is not stupid, he may be a lil confused but he got the spirit,

with loki having a personality beyond brooding shakespearian emo boy; he is a whole person & he has interests outside of stabbing, pranking and being mean for no reason - have you met more than one drama club goth?? they are very nice actually,

with carol geeking out over everything because while she is a solid army person, she is also very much an adventurer and the wanderlust is strong in her and so is the curiosity,

with peter being as sarcastic as tony, with the stubbornness and softness that contradict in him yet somehow manage to coexist in the way that only teenagers can contradict themselves.

and the oc- or reader or whomstthefuckever you think should be the main character- give them a strong will and a soft heart. give them flaws and give them empathy. fall in love with the character you create- do not make them how you'd want yourself to be but rather make someone you'd unapologetically runaway over state lines with.

ive looked left and right for the fic. ive read many a wonderful fic, the fic that made my brain tingle, my eyes water and my stomach hurt from laughter.

but none of them ever was The Fic.

so, i will write the fic.
