Hello followers and friends,
I'm formally announcing that Bunnycutlet Gallery will be moving OUT of our current location at 158 Roebling in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our building came under new management, and we have been given notice to vacate -- prematurely ending our 5-year lease (legally, due to a buy-out clause).
It has been an amazing, incredible, and inspiring year-and-a-half at 158, a space I've invested so much in, and physically built with the help of fellow exhibitors and friends. I'm so proud of the exhibitions we've had here, and of the jovial and artist-filled crowds we've hosted at our openings.
We are going on an extended hiatus until we are able to relocate. In the meantime, we have plans to guest-curate at other galleries, and we'll be continuing our participation in the art-fair circuit. Stay with us, keep following us, and keep supporting fine artists in animation and illustration.
Our last exhibit at 158 will be The Devil's Carnival, opening March 7th and running until March 30th. Please come, show your support, and help us make this a huge, joyous sendoff to a space that has meant so much to me, and to all of us at Bunnycutlet.
Liz Artinian.
