Bunya At Takapuna beach, Auckland, New Zealand. This one has a small messy canopy by Bunya standards but I really like how he looks. I first wondered if it was a Klinki but I think he’s just scruffy.

Ar.bidwillii: Bunya Bunya in Auckland NZ Platt Arboretum super cool uniform shape to the crown. Female tree! she had a ton of cones on the ground when I visited. Really cool too see a Bunya with this intermediate "cone" shaped crown soon the develop the classic rounded mushroom top!
