If you missed the enormous cloud of hickory-scented smoke rising from Raley Field last September, you’re in luck. The Sacramento Burger Battle will return for its second year this Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Last year, 15 of Sacramento’s most talented chefs and restaurant owners broke out the red meat and fired up the grills in an attempt to answer one burning question: Who makes the best burger?
