Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices bacon. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 tomato, sliced. 1 cup lettuce leaves. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tbsp mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into large burger patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper. Place the bacon slices on the grill and cook until crispy, then set them aside. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a special sauce. Assemble the burger by placing lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the cheese-covered patty, bacon slices, tomato slices, and red onion rings.
