Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Irresistible Recipe
These Walnut Chickpea Burgers taste great and are better for you than regular burgers. They're great for a meatless meal because they're full of protein and flavor.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1 cup walnuts. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil. 4 burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, walnuts, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and firm. Toast the burger buns in the skillet or oven until they are lightly browned. Assemble your burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings. Place the other half of the bun on top, and serve hot. Enjoy your Walnut Chickpea Burgers!
