I don't even like pink that much; they just seem to be the only hybrids I'm able to foster.
Doing a lil replay of Borderlands GOTY when I see this:
So I'm thinkin' "awh sweet, we got some loot off the edge of the map! And sure enough...
I find myself a lil' pathy-path- and at the end of it...
:( .
Some intersting missions i picked up that, just based on their descriptions; I love. Like I am a sucker for missions that actually add a but to game lore beyond "hey shoot somebody for me because uhhhh they're bad here is an extensive list of bad things they have done to the peoples."
I'm gonna babble a bit under a read more about why exactly I LOVE these!
To start; Altar Ego informs us about culture- that before things when totally tits up- religion was important enough to the Old Haven settlers that they had a literal Abbey! Which is interesting when you consider that it generally isn't implied that the workers came to Pandora to live- so much as work to until they eventually got shipped back to whatever they planet they originally came from- but this tells us that they were actually trying to make lives for themselves on Pandora; it means permanence was in the equation!
Then we have Bait & Switch which gives us a good look into the biology of Pandoran wildlife while also showing us that clearly bandits aren't complete numbskulls which!!! Gods i love that so much!!! In the following games it basically thrown out as common knowledge that bandits aren't people, so much as empty husks that shoot first and can't form sentences- but this? This? It means that they have enough cohesion to understand the inner workings and hierarchy of the native species around them to utilize that to their advantage! I love it !!!
And finally, A Bug Problem! I'm a slut for botanical shit !!! And the peek into the chemical composition of Pandoran flora- it makes my mind wander to the BL2 DLC that takes place in Oasis- how Pandora is considered a barren planet but then you have these sparse places filled with lush foliage?? Is it all connected to whatever is found in these "sulfur springs" ; i mean, obvi, but the key word being "sulfur" has gotta make you wonder about how Pandoran fauna evolved to be able to sustain life while apparently keeping sulfur as a key component for fertilization !!!
Although do keep in mind that I am very stupid!!! And easily intrigued!!!
This is why I love total mayhem
At least the aesthetics of Rapture are on point. The general population could use some better manners though 😕
I mean yeah we still lost, but I got 23 eliminations. I feel like a pro.
I only have two (2) vibes in ac, "looking like this by lyre le temps" and "please don't yell at me I'm doing my best".
