Do you really need a Skype to participate in the Order of the Amulets AU? What if some people are unable to download it but still want to participate?

you can still participate overall but specific Skype chats is where it's all gonna get figured out! unless you have a gem type that stands alone and theres no one else in your Order, unfortunately Skype is kind of necessary. its possible you could get in touch with someone in your Order and they can relay your ideas into chat. i'll have all the information worked out for the blog when its up, ill talk about this more. (like how for each order branch, there needs to be at least one person helping organize it, represent it, relaying info to me for the blog. this would be a good person to talk to if you dont have skype.)
