There was once a comic I saw somewhere "some" time ago and now just remembered XD

I headcanon that Rai long ago received a boob shirt (Courtesy of her comrade in arms from the yakuza clan she served in Japan, Mibuki.) as a gift. She never really used it much, other than just a normal sweater underneath her shirt whenever the weather got snowy and cold. But when she adopted Gala into her little family, she found a secondary reason to wear the sweater. After a bit of sewing and stitching, Gala can have the fun part being a joey in a "kangaroo pouch" as Mossie puts it. Hope you like this headcanon, pal! 😁😊
