[013] #LeoBakes // Burnt Basque Cheesecake ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have been wanting to try and bake this for a long time now but I have been putting it off because I was too lazy even though it is a prerry easy recipe. Hahaha. Anyway, this is my 1st attempt. I was so confident but then I got the ingredients wrong half way through. Hahaha. Still came out pretty good, but it's a little eggy than custardy. LOL. The burnt part is a bit bitter but the inside is sweet so it just compliments each other.
