Used white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips but it was really sweet. I don't know if it was because of the white chocolate chips; instantle smelled the sugars when I opened the white chocolate chips bag. Hahaha. [013] #LeoBakes // Burnt Basque Cheesecake ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have been wanting to try and bake this for a long time now but I have been putting it off because I was too lazy even though it is a prerry easy recipe. Hahaha. Anyway, this is my 1st attempt. I was so confident but then I got the ingredients wrong half way through. Hahaha. Still came out pretty good, but it's a little eggy than custardy. LOL. The burnt part is a bit bitter but the inside is sweet so it just compliments each other. But I thought that a simple banana bread/cake/loaf was too common, so I decided to experiment and I thought, "Hey! Why not a Red Velvet Banana bread/cake/loaf? Para ma-iba lang." And so I did, and this is the result. As you can see, it's super red in natural lighting but then it became dull under LED light. LOL.
