this is a bit old though i definitely had some trouble when i was drawing it. i know the face and hands are kinda strange (because those are haaaard) but i’d love advice on the lighting and clothing; other stuff (like the aforementioned face and hands) would just be a bonus. thank you! :)

This is a really interesting use of lighting! Really exciting to work on this kind of stuff.
First, a regular redline: Hands are tricky, but a good rule of thumb (hehe) is to keep the fingers curving towards each other, not away from each other! I would also try to define the structure of the skeleton more clearly! The rib cage and skull case especially are important shapes to recognize.
As for lighting, I think if you just darkened your base colors and added a reeally dark shadow, it would make the light reflecting off the person look bright and saturated!
