it really irks me sometimes when i see folks dumbing down burning spice cookie solely because he's a brute. yes, he is an absolute god when it comes to fighting, but one of the things that makes him and the other beasts so dangerous is that they're all highly intelligent (shadow milk being the most notable and obvious case). if anything, burning spice is more reckless than just plain stupid simply due to the fact that he doesn't have the same limitations as regular cookies, therefore meaning that he doesn't have to worry about much, and because he is very suicidal and just doesn't care about anything anymore. keep in mind that he also managed to successfully rule and oversee the development of several kingdoms back when he was the herald of change. if my man burning spice cookie was dumb, i seriously doubt that he would be able to maintain the title of the herald of change or the beast of destruction, much less earn either of those titles in the first place.
