maybe im swinging at a hornets nest here but while i agree we shouldnt like. throw words for mental illness around for every person we dont like, i also feel like the issue isnt that sometimes, and instead maybe we should get the name of mostly personality disorders fucking changed

like narcissist for example has existed as a word longer than the diagnostic for npd has. why are we giving entire diagnosis such mean names. if we can change emotionally unstable personality disorder to borderline personality disorder i think we can do the same for the other unkind names
