Story:

Sleetnose was never his mother's favourite son.

She didn't really care for him or his sister. Their father died when they were all half a moon old, so they had no fatherly love. Sleetnose resented his mother and brother, Burrpelt. Freckleshade at least dragged him along and spent time with him, despite being much more popular.

Perhaps his resentment is what ended him in the Dark Forest, perhaps it was Starclan's cruel mockery of anything they deemed "undesirable.”  One night, he was walking by the lake when he heard a commotion.

He ran towards it and found Burrpelt going after Freckleshade. He intervened and ended up with his head bashed in and his throat slit.

• How I feel about this character: I like her a lot!! As I do with most ocs lol, and she's pretty interesting to me personality wise

• All the people I ship romantically with this character: HMMM,, I'd say Frostpool, slight Speckleshade and Oaksight, and maybe Basilpool and Cottoncrow! I haven't figured out why the last two but their personalities are something that Burrpelt would be intrigued in

• My non-romantic OTP for this character: SableBurr!!! Sabledust and Burrpelt bonded when she first joined and they greatly enjoy each others company and love mindless chatter

• My unpopular opinion about this character: I'm not a fan of how spineless she can be tbh, and how she let's others walk COMPLETELY over her. Like a bit is okayish but all the time? Big no for me

• One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: Hmm,, I suppose Burr's blood family needs a LOT of work, and if they were genuinely good cats that'd be nice

• my OTP: FrostBurr >:) they end up together in canon and are supportive cuties

• my cross over ship: HUH,, a canon cat,,, I think the best fit would be her and Fireheart/Firestar! It'd be an interesting dynamic for sure tho

• a headcanon fact: Oaksight chose her prefix, Burr-, because she thought it'd help her (Oakpaw at the time) cope! She wanted to be able to associate "Burr" with her best friend and not her shitty dad Ratburr. Burrpelt however thought it was for her curly brown pelt and didn't find out until much later in life!

1.) Oaksight!! She's just trying to live a good peaceful life but has dumbass disease 😔

2.) Burrpelt! Y'all don't know about her, but she's Oaks best friend! She's very levelheaded, creative, and always willing to help others out, but is a big pushover so she ends up in unwanted situations a lot.

3.) Oxpelt :) Bro,, he's a great lad who's built his happy life with his found family all around him. He struggles with his vision but is a welcomed member with his two new sons and adoring wife!

4.) Ravenstrike 😌 Listen, he's a dumb depressed boy with unhealthy coping mechanisms but he's MY boy. Give him back his stubborn but supportive sister @ me >:((

5.) Slugstar!! :D Lazy but caring man, being forced into a very high rank position. Sluggy be doing his best to bring his clan back to their glory days all while there's pressure from two other clans,, give my mans some good luck smh

If I'm honest Ligontail almost was #5 but I like Sluggy a lil more than him
