Yeah, let's just say Burtel would definitely throw grey spy off the window with no hesitation out of pure rage and out of spite!

She likes and often grieves all by herself (because she is antisocial and hates everyone) so if someone finds her grieving, they'll kiss their life and existence goodbye (if they survive, then she'll still try to kill them)

Burtel herself:

An antisocial, aggressive witch (spy) whose main purpose is vengeance. After an incident, she lives all by herself and refuses to interact, so much so, she spends her time reading spells and magic spells, particularly on dark magic, black magic and maybe some photokinesis, telekinesis and umbrakinesis, she also studied witchcraft, making voodoos, puppets, making potions and the method of manipulation and deception, her charm is far more dangerous than Gray Spy herself. And she isn't the person to forgive easily, she holds grudges really well and needs a very long time for her to forgive. She is also ill-tempered and violent, hence her grudges. She is a very vengeful wife, yes she is married, she alongside her husband worked at a secret group, I'll explain the lore later. She is also insane and maniacal, often singing, laughing or talking to herself or to other objects, she is shown to be mischievous but also she is mostly seen unhappy, grumpy or even angry and ready to kill someone. And despite having powers, she can still build impressive Inventions. She DESPISES everyone who is from any embassy, the black spy, hates him, the gray spy, hates, the white Spy, DESPISE him. Any spy, any worker in an embassy, she despises them all.....! But she isn't always like this...

Lore:

Young in a village, she was bullied for her pupil, and people had a gag and love of making Burtel always bald in every single way, she was insecure and scared until she met Slash and she liked him and he liked her back... They got married decades later and started a family, yes, Burtel still got bald by the people who still bullied her but she mostly focused on her family but After a tragedy that happened in their family after an embassy attacked, burtel and her husband seek refuge but they're also filled with grief and anger, that when they found the Rebellion of the Mercenaries, a group that is hard to enter, a group that secretly spies on an embassy, gather their information, once they have enough information, they'll raid the embassy, attack the weak points and take the most important files, secrets, information, documents and plans and sell them to the black market. The members are often people who had their homes destroyed and loved ones killed by an embassy. Because of this, Burtel and her husband joined due to them being people who had their family and home destroyed by the embassy. It was quite easy, she and her husband were excellent at their tasks that they're high ranking members of the group. But one day, she was tricked by two white embassy agents that made her believe she can reclaim everything what she lost if she followed them, this costed her arm and she killed them, it was replaced by a prosthetic robot arm, after explaining what she did to the leader, he just dismissively left which fueled Burtel's anger, she planned to kill him but the shelter she wrote that was burnt down bur eventually, she secretly killed him, it was going well for the next years, However, one day, an undercover white agent discovered the group and after the discovery, the white embassy attacked the group, Burtel made one mistake, she fought off the white agents, but unknowingly to her, there was a bomb set. It exploded, killing everyone inside, except Burtel. Once she returned,she was injured but she dropped to her knees, she saw the ruins, the dead people and her dead husband, she lost everything. That's when she snapped... When she saw the last white agent, she became mad in rage... He chased after him and killed him, after that, she cried while declaring war between herself and the white embassy. Her hatred for the others is that, when she came back to the lair of the destroyed base, she saw the other embassies taking everything, her hatred grew more and she ran away.... She was all alone... In rage and grief... And was filled with vengeance and the necklace she wears is the only remnant of her dead husband

Btw she has a personal vendetta against White Spy and she's trying to exploit the white Spy and black spy

"she is part of a now destroyed group, yes group, nor embassy, group called The Rebellion of The Mercenaries, she and her husband are a part of this group, the group itself is a massive threat towards other embassies, because they do it in secret. They scout and secretly place traps or anything that can spy on the embassy without physically showing up, once they gather the information, they secret raid the embassy, and with the gathered information, they manage to hit the weak points and defeat the embassy and after that, they sell the things they stole to any black market, they mostly sell private and secret information and files they stole from the embassy, their biggest target, the Black and White embassy. The group is a secret, many believe it is a cult to sell information to anyone or an unknown government agency, it was so secret that it is impossible to find, both a member and the lair itself, the only way to become a member is that you got to call a number, a number that you can only find at the weirdest yet scariest places (couldn't think of something else) and you need requirements in order to join

Burtel was the highest ranking member, she alongside her husband gathered enough information without getting caught, though one day, a White Agent went undercover and discovered the group, the White Embassy immediately attacked the group, causing it's downfall and also it's destruction

Burtel witnessed her husband die and everything she worked for crumbled...

Out of rage, she had a personal vendetta against every embassy, including the black and white, she is now shown to be antisocial...

She knew that classic spy gadgets wouldn't work so she studied about witchcraft, dark magic and black magic, she also makes potions and magic spells, curses and cures, she also studied the method of manipulation and deception, she also studied science like no spy would... But because she is so sad and lonely, she is slowly becoming insane and maniacal, to help with her loneliness, she learns about puppets and makes her own puppets, for her to torture or to experiment, and she also sings to herself and she also talks to herself, a lot

She is also rude and angry and likes to exploit people, her voice is weirdly calm and despises everyone, everyone but her husband, the necklace she wears the same one that her husband gave her as a gift

But ever since she found out the Black Spy and the White Spy, she made it her goal to exploit and use them to destroy the other embassies

Eventually, the embassies found out about her but they couldn't find her, they're now aware but also cautious about what Burtel is about to do

She also lives somewhere very secret, it is said that she lives in the ruins of the Rebellion of the Mercenaries lair but that's not the case...

Though, she may look like an ordinary spy, she isn't...

She's a witch, a dangerous witch targeting those who hurt her and her family"
