A.C.E.O (Apex Control Embassy Organization)
Who keeps every single spy vs spy embassy in place and preventing them from destroying the world

He A.C.E.O controls and monitors the embassies (yes even and including your spy vs spy OCs' embassies) and they'll intervene if their plans are getting to far such as world domination or destroying it completely
Their spies are very intelligent and highly trained and professional, they don't fall for traps or make traps, they actually do spy stuff but they aren't malicious, most of them are intelligent but shy but brave enough to spy on earth
The White, Grey and Black embassies mainly captured the organization's attention, they keep monitoring them, especially their spies, the spies are on thin ice right now, enough damage and the A.C.E.O could intervene
The Organization's spies also encountered Grey spy, glaldy they aren't fooled by her tricks, THEY USE A TASER ON HER EVERY SINGLE TIME, this also goes for the Black spy and White Spy
Their agents are special, they're biological Conelanoids (my take on the White and Black Spy's species) who have been fused with animal DNA (not entirely, but some parts such as head, limbs or gaining tails or wings) and some of their limbs of parts are highly advanced robotic prosthetics, making them cyborgs
Most of them are very chill but if cross, then you're dead since they're very trained and powerful enough
They have armors to protect them from anything and they're also not fooled my traps. Most of them are on earth patrolling and spying on the embassies and they'll take action in order to prevent the embassies from doing something extreme to the point it leads to massive destruction
The organization formed after the Embassy War (this is also the time that Burtel and Slash came back to see their children dead and their house destroyed and seek refuge in the mercenaries), they're formed my people, scientists and soldiers who agreed that the embassies should stop doing extreme acts.
Thr A.C.E.O are also aware of Burtel's former jobs and herself and they're always keeping at eye on her actions. Rex sometimes visits his girlfriend who works in the organization (who is also an agent and her agent animal is a wyvern) and since his business mostly contains highly valuable materials, the organization seems to recognize rex as a valuable ally
They have more allies but most them are dead but some are living
Their main large issue is maintaining their secrets, as they're afraid that one day the embassies will eventually find out they exist and try to take over and steal everything from the organization. Hence they train so hard to be strong and vigilant.
The A.C.E.O have high advance technology you'll see in Sci-fi media they use it on their agents, spies and their headquarters and weapons and tools
Thr organization is actually very fair towards their workers, they give the workers a very decent treatment and some workers praise them
There are also scientists and architects and engineers in the organization
Thr A.C.E.O will always monitor an embassy ensuring safety, security and peace in earth
