                           a  soft  groan  is  enough  to  express  the  brunette’s  displeasure  at  being  woken  at  such  an  UNGODLY  hour.            ❛  mitch.  .   .      what  the  fuck ?  ❜           an  aching  stiffness  had  settled  into  her  muscles,     &   she  doubtless  still  had  several  wounds  healing  from  the  previous  night.           the  morning  after  the  FULL  MOON  was  always  the  worst  for  her.           still,     she  rolled  onto  her  side  to  force  herself  to  sit  up.             ❛  you  couldn’t  wait  a  few  hours  before  coming  over ?  ❜        @burzxm

Valin had stolen from him before. The jacket that still covered her back and warmed the woman’s arms was proof of that. Not that she had intentionally picked his locker to raid when she crept into the hospital. Slipping past the doctors and nurses almost completely unnoticed in the midst of the chaos that could be considered normal for this place.

She hated it here. The sterile smell of the rooms made her want to gag, and the crowds of people and crying family members in the hallways made her uncomfortable. But she was hungry- or near starved by the look of her- and all of her best efforts to steal a bite from the usual places this week had failed.

The only problem was, now she couldn’t even find a stash of snacks, or anything else even remotely edible, to eat here either, and in a fit of wordless frustration she slammed the locker door shut.

“yer going ta be okay.”

                     blood,  grit,  &&  dirt coat them both.   DAYS spent in the basement of an abandoned warehouse had both of them bruised  &&  exhausted.    mitchell’s fragile state of mind had kept them both on their toes  ;  brief respites of clarity amidst stretches of violence  &&  the two of them tearing at each other like animals.   somehow    -  SOMEHOW she managed to keep them both alive  &&  breathing.   though lord knows he almost killed her once or twice.  

                      she sat beside him,  blood caked  &&  oozing sluggishly down the side of her face.   wounds inflicted by other supernatural beings always seemed to take longer to heal.   it made keeping him locked in the basement with her a REAL BITCH… .   ❛   WE’RE gonna be okay.   ❜   her words emphasized the fact that they would BOTH heal.   in time.   ❛   you an’ me both,  mitch.   ❜   even after so much violence between them,  she didn’t hesitate to take his hand.  fingers gently twining around his.   ❛   we’ll get through this…
