Last edited 2 Mar 2018. – Due to the permanent closure of a section of Tanglin Halt Road, Bus Service 61 will be amended from 10 March 2018. Busses will turn left from Holland Avenue, call at bus stops 11179 and 11169 along Commonwealth Avenue, make a u-turn near Commonwealth MRT Station, call at bus stop 11161, before making a left turn into Commonwealth Drive. Due to temporary road closures in Chinatown for the Chingay Parade @ Chinatown, bus services 61, 190, 851, 961 and 970 will experience temporary diversions around Chinatown on Sunday, 12 February 2017, from 2.00pm to 11.59pm.
