Curious little black bear peeking out at me from the weeds. Bears are curious and shy animals who need their space. It's a privilege to see them in the wild and I always respect their autonomy. They survive harsh winters, forest fires, hunting, mosquitoes, and harassment from some people who think it's ok to be cruel to other species.
