In the Taz-Mania episode "The Pied Piper of Taz-Mania" (Season 2, Episode 28), Taz gets a kazoo from a cereal box. When he plays it, four Bushrats emerge and perform an entertaining tribal dance that causes his boss, Bushwhacker Bob, to lose his mind. 

"The Pied Piper of Taz-Mania" Details

The Bushrats are a tribal group of rats who speak a comically mismatched mix of German, French, and English (often exclaiming "Spanfirkel!"). In this specific episode, they decide to make Hotel Tazmania their new home. 

When Bushwhacker Bob discovers the rats are dancing inside the hotel, he frantically demands that the Platypus Brothers get rid of them. The brothers try installing a super-capacity refrigeration unit to freeze the pests out, but the Bushrats only frolic and dance more in the cold climate.
