Next weapon tutorial for God Eater 2 Rage Burst is the Buster Blade my favorite weapon type!
The new Buster Blader has been out for a while and I have to say it's a mid-tier card that has some abuse potential but if you ask me is far too slow.
Level 7 is tough to get around. Nobody tributes nowadays less they're running Monarchs or Swarms, (nobody runs Swarms anymore... lol.) but even a pendulum scale at 8 is very hard to find that isn't archetype bound. I think there's only two pen-cards that could bring this fat bastard out. You could just pen-summon other shit then tribute him, but that seems like a waste of resources to essentially do something other cards could do faster and more efficiently. This is slower than traps, and traps are already bad.
The good news is his effect really does not have to do with himself. While it most likely WILL be him that triggers the effect being a 2600 bludgeoning object, you could have something stronger out that destroys a monster in battle, he equips it, then wipes the field to deliver direct butthurt. Most players run pretty consitent decks of one or two subtypes even without meaning too. And unlike the old Buster Blader it is no longer anti-dragon specifically. If anything the modern Buster Blader hurts spellcasters, zombies, and fiends more than it would dragon these days. But considering everything I personally would not play it. Meanwhile it's probably going to be way too expensive of a single because it looks really nice, it has some nostalgia factor to it, and provides rampant monster destruction which lures in unsuspecting players who haven't learned to manage their deck properly.
