How do you pronounce Richard Scarry's last name? I've always been told it's pronounced as if it has one R, scary, not scarry (rhymes with sorry; someone covered in scars might be called scarry), but I don't think I've ever heard an official pronunciation from his publisher. I remember seeing clips of the busy world cartoon on TV as a kid, the worm with one shoe in the apple car, the cat people, but I don't know if they say his name out loud in the theme song.
