I don't think anyone's put Breakmaster Cylinder's Fury Road rescore on tumblr yet. They're a musician/foley artist/sound engineer, and, i guess, a practising surrealist. Last year they replaced every sound from the first chase scene in Mad Mad Fury Road. It's fascinating, it's funny, it makes the scene new again in a really interesting way.

and after the chase scene, they made their own credits, complete with original music, because of course they did. the first song in particular is the least appropriate possible genre choice. it's beautiful. it's been in my head for a year now. here it is.
