I've moved away from the Noragami fanbase, but something bothers me to this day.
Why is the most popular ship -- and an actual canon ship -- between a 1000-year-old god who has the appearance of an adult, and a 16-year-old mortal girl?
An adult and a child, if you will?
Why is that normalised in this fanbase?
To the point where the writers themselves have given it the OK?
Please be short, please be short, please be short....*fingers crossed knowing she tends to write long* And...here we go!
Yugi chased after the man that now had their lunch. Atemu was it? “Hey wait up!” He called out.
“Hey, you don’t need to follow me.” Yugi watched the man jump over a bench.
“I was wondering when we were going to eat?”
Stopping dead in his tracks, Atemu blinked. “We? Who’s we?” He turned around, giving Yugi a half confused, half smug look.
“I helped you get that food! Half of it is rightfully mine!” Sending a glare at Atemu, Yugi stood his ground.
Atemu couldn’t help but laugh. “Oh little one, you’re funny!”
Yugi tilted his head. “Funny?”
“Yes!” He declared when he stopped laughing. “You see, little one, the dynamic duo, is now the dynamic uno.”
“What do you mean by that? and don’t call me little!”
“What I mean by that, is that our partnership is over, little one!” The last words Atemu hissed out as he began to walk away.
It took a moment for Yugi to realize what was being said. “Wait, you mean...”
“Bingo!” With a wink and wave of his hand, Atemu turned to face the boy, walking backwards, out of the park, towards traffic. “Consider this a lesson. You see, here in this town, the rules are simple. You do what you do to live, what happens, happens.”
It clicked! “You used me!” Yugi shot another glare as he followed the man.
“It’s a dog eat dog world.” Atemu replied with a shrug as he continued walking backwards. “But if you really want this sandwich.” He waved the brown paper bag in between them. “Come and get it.”
Before Yugi had a chance to react to the command, Atemu had jumped into a truck that was parked on the side, sitting comfortable in the bed. “See ya later, Aibou!” The truck had started, Atemu sent a wink as he put his sunglasses on, and waved. The truck pulled into traffic, taking off down the road.
Yugi stared at the empty spot for a few seconds. “Hey! Wait a minute!” He called out and began to chase after the truck that had both the man and the food.
sigh...
i'm wasting time but it's so hard to utilize it properly...
does anyone know how to spontaneously conjure motivation this is an ongoing issue
y’all judging me now, aren’t ya :///
Man... as I keep making strong Dragon keepers my supply of Ambush stones dwindles to 2. I'm just gonna have to hope for a drop for at least 3 more while farming.
I want strong dragons.
Agitated some of my scars in that class and now they’re all red...
Also... I’m leaving for London tonight and going to that class was a mistake because it’s always the day after when I’m left immobile and in absolute pain, so there’s no way I’m going to survive walking around London in that state.
