Sometimes I feel like whatever I’m doing in a moment, it can be more real. I could feel more real at any time, but I don’t. It’s such a scary thought. Is this not real enough? Sometimes things get less real and everything turns red. That only happens when disturbing thoughts bother me for an extended amount of time. But it’s scary because at any time I can think, “hey, this isn’t real enough. It needs to feel realer. How can I make that happen? Well, hold on, I can’t.” and it hurts me mentally that nothing feels real enough. The rest of the time, it’s fine, but sometimes it does feel like things could be more real, like I could be more real. Is that not good? Is that normal? Is that derealization? It’s not bad, most of the time. Most of the time I feel alright, I don’t think about life. It’s as natural as breathing, like, sometimes I think “could I be breathing deeper right now? Yes. I can do that.” But when I think, “could I be feeling realer right now? Yes. I could. But I can’t.”
