I'm in Portland now and my friends want to go out to a place to dance but because of my social anxiety i can't go (im also way too tired). I hate missing out on things like that. I could go, but i would be screaming in my head and feel like bursting into tears the whole time and would be a huge awkward downer, which isn't fair to them. Luckily my friends understand and are nice about it, that's not the problem. I just hate being this way. I never say that i hate myself bc i don't...but times like this i do.
