Tbh one of the (many) reasons I had to step away from tcw fandom was because I thought we were all just playing pretend and having fun in a fictional sff world, and then I found out a not insignificant portion of clone fans were like, in the us military, married to someone in the military, or like genuinely obsessed with the military and was like "oh.... Y'all BELIEVE this shit."
