I’m growing out my hair to cosplay Edward Elric for a comic con NEXT SUMMER and I don’t know if I can do this, I need to fast forward ten months, my soul can’t take this anymore, when does the long hair get long enough to be masculine, I miss my old hair, I need the shave this stuff off, but my hair would look so good if it wasn’t a wig, I’m struggling so hard, I need my butch swag back.

Fuck him and his cool hairstyle, I just need to be buffer to comfortably grow my hair out again.

Why in the year of our lord 2025 am I still getting stared at in the girls bathroom in school just because my hair is short and I wear trousers.

Butches have existed for like 80 years, none of you have existed in a world without butches. Why are you shocked we need to take a piss too?

this is so painfully specific but do any other butches/afab people get this weird sad feeling about not presenting like femmes/feminine people but it’s the fact that you Literally can’t if you tried because you look and feel so out of place presenting like that??? i think the lack of butch love in society getting to me

I’m a butch who lives in alaska and I can’t handle the heat and cold in any capacity, so I either look like a femme because skirts are less hot or I look like someone from the artic circle during winter, I low-key can’t win

Anyhow I went with all black, no frilly or feminine stuff. It doesn’t look awful on me but I’d rather wear a suit. At least I might be able to use some temporary hair dye tho
