Are, Bure, Bokeh was this nerdy thing where a bunch of Japanese photographers intentionally drew attention to the limits of their medium. The resulting photos were blurry, grainy and out of focus and I fucking love them. I played at this by using an old digital point and shoot that was way out of it’s depth in the dark venue.
